  • Once we find the best possible candidates in the field we carefully screen them, verifying their skill sets, evaluating their technical skills, doing extensive background, reference and employment checks to assure that you are only meeting the best people for the job. Prior to presenting a candidate we will have multiple interviews including a phone interview and in most cases, an in person interview.

Upon finding the best possible candidate(s), we facilitate the interview process, helping to coordinate the interviews and we deal directly with the candidates for you.
